Sean Parker is a married man! The Napster founder and Facebook billionaire, 33, wed singer-songwriter Alexandra Lenas on Saturday, June 1, a rep confirms to Us Weekly.

The ceremony took place in Big Sur, Calif. at the Ventana Inn. According to the rep, the couple celebrated with 300 family members and friends "in a romantic, magical setting."

A source tells Us that money was certainly not an object at the nuptials, where Parker even hired Ngila Dickson, the designer from The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, to style their guests and the groom's wardrobe. The couple's 6-month-old daughter, Winter Victoria, and the flower girls were also dressed by Dickson.

"He is having costumes made for each guest, spending millions of dollars," a source revealed to Us of the ceremony.

Parker confirmed in a tweet on April 1 that they were indeed costuming guests, but denied that it was a "theme" wedding.

"Academy award winning costume designer Ngila Dickson is creating gorgeous, inspiring, and unique designs that are both modern and whimsical," he wrote. "Sorry to disappoint, but the wardrobe we're giving wedding guests is essentially modern … There will be nothing medieval about it."

According to the Associated Press, Parker had the venue decked out their special day, "building the equivalent of a movie set for the wedding."

At the wedding, a rep tells Us that guests were treated to music performances by The Good, The Bad & The Ginger and Loreena McKennitt. 

The couple got engaged in Feb. 2011.

Parker, worth an estimated $2 billion, was portrayed in the 2008 movie The Social Network by Justin Timberlake. He founded Napster in 1999 when he just was just 19 years old. In 2004, he became the first president of Facebook before stepping down in 2005.

He's since been involved with the Founders Fund, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm, and is currently a backer for the music-streaming service Spotify.

Chrissy Teigen on Amanda Bynes: ‘There’s a Problem Here’

And at this point, it's not funny anymore. Either someone has hacked and taken control of Bynes's Twitter account, or we're looking at a person who's experiencing a momentary lapse of sanity. Model Chrissy Teigen agrees and on Tuesday decided to weigh in on the situation on Twitter.

As a result, Teigen — who is engaged to singer John Legend — had to bear the brunt of Bynes's digital wrath. After tweeting that she found it "unsettling" that Bynes had people supporting her erratic behavior and activity, Bynes fired back: "Ur not a pretty model compared to me. I signed to Ford models @ age 13. I don't look up to u beauty wise. I'm far prettier than u! I'm offended that you're saying I have a mental illness when I show no sign of it, but thankfully not one man that wants me wants you and you are an old ugly model compared to me! You look 45! You're not pretty so I'm not intimidated by you! I think you're jealous that you're just an ugly model whos career is uninspiring! I don't respect you! You're no beauty queen! I'm a beauty queen."

Teigen replied:

Bynes's rambling retorts directed towards anyone who dares to chime on the former actress's state of being often focus on people being "ugly." Similar "ur ugly" comments have been lobbed at Rihanna, Lance Bass, and Perez Hilton to name a few.

"Omg! Insider's" Christina McLarty spoke Thursday with Teigen who elaborated on her exchange with Bynes.

"I mean my heart kind of stops a little bit and you're like, 'Oh my god, how do I respond to this? What do you do?' Teigen revealed.

"Well, remember, she was a Ford model at 13," McLarty noted.

"So to speak, so to speak," Teigen joked. "I'm very outspoken. I really, I'll say anything to anybody. But I mean, with her it's been very different for me. For the past few months I've been offering nothing but support and telling people to lay off and that this is obviously wrong, there's a problem here. And so when I said this, I didn't think it was anything, whatever the hell I got back."

When McLarty reminded her that she's in good company, with Rihanna among the celebs Bynes has gone after thus far, the model laughed, "I know! Jenny McCarthy, Rihanna!"

On a serious note, Teigen added, "I still do feel, it's honestly still such a terrible situation. I laugh at a lot of s--t but that is a little difficult, it's a little too much now. … It is hard in under 140 characters to be eloquent and to be able to explain your position a lot so I get a little too passionate. I'll say this: I'll fire off something that I didn't explain well and sometimes it's my own fault."

Four months to the day after the Academy Award-winning actress started the three months of medical procedures necessitated for her preventive double mastectomy — and nearly three weeks after going public with her decision in a New York Times op-ed piece — she made a triumphant return to the red carpet, on the arm of fiancé Brad Pitt, and looked more radiant than ever.

The 37-year-old wore a floor-length black dress with layers of draped fabric on the high-neck top and a sheer panel across her stomach, giving it a subtle peek-a-boo effect.

Jolie posed alone for photographers — with her megawatt grin on full display — as well as arm-in-arm with "WWZ" star Pitt. At one point they posed face-to-face just holding each other and smiling.

Pitt, who was also dressed in all black, had his long hair down for the special occasion. While he's kept his locks mostly in a messy ponytail at recent events, it looked heavily styled — and is almost as long as Jolie's.

The couple also signed autographs for fans, one of whom gave Jolie a white teddy bear that said on it "I love you soooo... much." She clutched the stuffed animal as she worked the red carpet.

Once inside the Empire Cinema, the couple was joined by two of their six children. Maddox, 11, and Pax, 9, stuck close to their parents, but posed for a quick photo before the movie.

On May 14, Jolie shared her medical decision in an article she wrote for the New York Times. Noting she carried the "faulty" gene BRCA1, she shared that her doctors told her she had an 87 percent risk of developing breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer. Because her mother, actress Marcheline Bertrand, died in 2007 following a seven-year battle with ovarian cancer, she elected to have a double mastectomy. According to People magazine, she plans to have another surgery to remove her ovaries.

The impact from Jolie's announcement was immediate — and words of support flowed in, including from Pitt, who called her "absolutely heroic."

However, Jolie's return to the red carpet must have been a bittersweet one. While she is the picture of health and looked more gorgeous than ever, she is quietly dealing with the loss of another loved one. Her mother's younger sister, Debbie Martin, died last week after a battle with breast cancer. Martin's funeral was to take place on Sunday as well — though her widower, Ron, knew Jolie wouldn't be in attendance as she already committed to attend the "WWZ" premiere with Pitt.

"Angelina will be in London … so she won't be able to attend," Ron Martin told E! News last week. "But she has been in touch with us and with various other members of the family, which has obviously been lovely and has meant a lot to us."

In March, Hemsworth, 23, spent the majority of his time at home in Australia, while Cyrus (sans bling!) channeled all of her energy into her music, telling V magazine that she puts her work "before everything." In April, they holed up in her Toluca Lake, California, home but postponed their wedding for a second time. In May, the "Last Song" actress put her ring back on, but the duo continued to make solo appearances.

Only recently, amid split rumors, has the 20-year-old bride-to-be put her rock back on.

Though her diamond has reappeared, one still has to wonder if the pair will actually ever tie the knot.

The mom-to-be, who is expecting her first child with Kanye West, was celebrated by friends and family at a baby shower in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

The late-morning event took place at the posh pad of family friends Irving and Shelley Azoff and it was star-studded affair. In addition to Kardashians and Jenners aplenty, celebs included Kelly Osbourne, Nicole Richie, NeNe Leakes, fitness guru Tracy Anderson, Kimberly Stewart, and Mel B.

Unfortunately, Kardashian's BFF La La Anthony was unable to make it to the bash, which was hosted by Kris Jenner, because she's shooting a movie in Las Vegas, she noted on Twitter.

According to E! News, guests enjoyed a traditional buffet of eggs, bacon, lox and bagels, pancakes and waffles, and an omelet station. Sweets included cotton candy, lollipops, and strawberry shortcake. They were also served mimosas.

There was some debate as to whether or not West would show up ― and it turns out he was there. The few other fellas in attendance included Khloe Kardashian-Odom's husband Lamar Odom, and Kourtney Kardashian's beau Scott Disick and their son Mason.

The female guests photographed leaving the lavish affair ― which was organized by party planner Sharon Sacks, who did Kim's 2011 wedding ― were wearing crowns of flowers in their hair. Many guests, including the guest of honor and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, wore white.

While they played it safe wearing white at the shower, Kim has a lot of pink in her future. On Sunday's season premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Baby Kimye's gender was revealed and, as speculated, it's a girl.

"I'm so excited we're having a girl," smiled Kim when she heard the news. "Who doesn't want a girl? I think they're the best. And I know that's really what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl."

Ireland rejects U.S. senator claims as tax spat rumbles on

DUBLIN (Reuters) - Ireland has rejected claims by two U.S. senators that Ireland is a tax haven and had handed Apple Inc a special tax deal, a charge the pair stood by on Friday.

Ireland's ambassador to the United States Michael Collins has written to the two senators, Carl Levin and John McCain, arguing Ireland's tax system is transparent, according to the text released by the finance ministry.

But Levin and former U.S. presidential candidate McCain said records obtained by their committee showed Apple paid a nominal rate far below Ireland's statutory rate of 12.5 percent.

"Testimony by key Apple executives, including CEO Tim Cook and Head of Tax Operations Phillip Bullock, corroborates that Apple had a special arrangement with the Irish government that, since 2003, resulted in an effective tax rate of 2 percent or less," the senators said in a statement.

"Most reasonable people would agree that negotiating special tax arrangements that allow companies to pay little or no income tax meets a common-sense definition of a tax haven."

Ireland has been forced to defend its low corporate tax rate after the Senate heard last week that the iPhone and iPad maker paid little or no tax on tens of billions of dollars in profits channeled through Irish subsidiaries and had effectively negotiated a special rate of less than 2 percent. {ID:nL2N0E20Y1]

"Ireland's tax system is set out in statute, so there is no possibility of an individual special tax rate being negotiated for companies," Collins wrote in the letter dated May 29 which was also sent to other members of Levin's Senate subcommittee.

"The memorandum to the Permanent Subcommittee refers to Ireland as a 'tax haven'. As you will be aware, the OECD has identified four key indicators of a tax haven. None of these criteria applies to Ireland."

Dublin has begun a diplomatic offensive to repair the damage done to its reputation from the allegations. Finance Minister Michael Noonan said last week Ireland would not be the "whipping boy" for the U.S. Senate.

Ireland has said that if Apple paid tax at such low rates, it was down to tax planning where it had found a gap to exploit between two different tax jurisdictions. Dublin has called for international efforts to curb such large scale tax avoidance.

Apple's Cook told a conference this week that the company did not have a special deal with the Irish government giving it a 2 percent flat tax rate.

Yet the Senate's investigation showed the iPhone maker had paid tax worth just 2 percent of $74 billion in overseas income, largely helped by Irish tax law, which allows companies to be incorporated in the country without declaring taxes there.

The Senate subcommittee identified three Irish-registered Apple subsidiaries that have no tax residency in Ireland. One of these, a holding company that includes Apple's retail stores throughout Europe, paid no tax at all in the last five years.

A Trio of Storm Chasers Died in Friday's Oklahoma Tornadoes

After Friday's chaotic tornadoes tore apart Oklahoma, only two weeks after what happened in Moore, Oklahoma, the storm chasing community is mourning the loss of one of their own. Well-respected storm chaser Tim Samaras, his son Paul Samaras, and his chasing partner Carl Young died during Friday's storms.

The exact details of the trio's deaths are not known. They are being counted among the nine deaths reported after Friday's storms. Samaras' brother Jim broke the news about Tim on his Facebook page: 

Tim, the 55-year-old storm chaser, was one of the most respected veterans in his field. He founded TWISTEX (Tactical Weather Instrumented Sampling in Tornadoes EXperiment) to measure the strength of tornadoes. Samaras became known for his tornado probes, ground-breaking technology in tornado research, that he would place them directly in front of the tornado's path to measure the strength of the tornado and the pressure drops at the tornado's center. Samaras' work earned him work with National Geographic and he was a contributor to the Discovery Channel's Storm Chasers program, too. 

Friday's storm ended up putting many storm chasing lives in danger, and caused a few chasers to question the practice amid so many disasters and close calls. The Weather Channel's tornado-chasing mobile was tossed 200 yards when it got too close to one of the Oklahoma tornadoes. Thankfully no one was hurt there. 

The word from fellow meteorologists ad the public Sunday morning was one of utmost respect. Many are stressing he was not a storm chasing cowboy like other popular tornado researchers. "Terrible news. He was the cautious one," one Twitter user said. "I have known Tim for over 20 years, he was the most brilliant and most careful severe weather researcher of them all. Tim was not a cowboy, he was as cautious as possible about his approach to studying these dangerous storms," meteorologist Mike Nelson, who worked with Samaras in frequently in Denver, said Sunday morning. Samaras was profiled by the New York Daily News in the wake of the destructive Moore tornado.

PARIS (AP) -- When Serena Williams had won the final point Sunday, she paused behind the baseline to urge herself on with one last fist pump.

''Come on!'' she shouted, as if her work wasn't done - which it isn't.

Williams earned a berth in the French Open quarterfinals and extended her career-best winning streak to 28 matches by beating No. 15-seeded Roberta Vinci 6-1, 6-3.

It was her toughest test of the first week, but she swept the last 10 points and has lost only 10 games through four rounds.

The 15-time Grand Slam champion next plays 2009 French Open winner Svetlana Kuznetsova. With a victory, Williams would earn her first berth in a French Open semifinal since 2003.

She won her lone Roland Garros title in 2002.

The three other remaining Americans play Monday. Four U.S. women reached the fourth round, the most at Roland Garros since 2004.

Two-time Grand Slam champion Kuznetsova, ranked 39th but rejuvenated this year, beat No. 8-seeded Angelique Kerber 6-4, 4-6, 6-3. In men's play, David Ferrer reached the quarterfinals for the sixth Grand Slam in a row by beating Kevin Anderson 6-3, 6-1, 6-1.

Vinci tried everything to get Williams off balance. The 5-foot-4 Italian played serve and volley, attempted to chip and charge and mixed the pace of her groundstrokes, including an occasional drop shot.

But Williams whacked second serves harder than Vinci's first serves, and her persistent power proved the difference.

Serving in the opening game of the second set, Williams fell behind love-30, as if trying to make it a fair fight. She then hit an ace, kissed a forehand winner off a line, won the next point with another booming groundstroke and closed out the game with a drop-shot winner.

''It was not easy to win today,'' Williams told the center court crowd afterward in French, ''but I'm very happy, and I'm ready for the next round.''

She improved to 20-0 this year on clay. Since losing in the first round a year ago at Roland Garros, Williams is 71-3, including titles at Wimbledon, the U.S. Open, the London Olympics and the season-ending WTA Championships.

She first reached the quarterfinals at Roland Garros in 2001, when she was 19. Now she's 31 and the oldest player in the top 10.

Williams is 6-2 against Kuznetsova. But the Russian won when they met in the 2009 quarterfinals at Roland Garros, and she went on to the title.

Kuznetsova has now reached the final eight in back-to-back major tournaments for the first time since that year. She made the quarterfinals at the Australian Open in January before losing to eventual champion Victoria Azarenka.

Kuznetsova whacked a forehand winner on match point, then let out a jubilant scream. She improved to 12-2 this year in three-set matches, and her winning percentage of .820 (41-9) at Roland Garros is the best among active players.

Ferrer, seeded No. 4, converted 6 of 17 break-point chances against Anderson. Ferrer held every service game and committed only 11 unforced errors to 41 for the South African, seeded No. 23.

When the Spaniard closed out the victory, he looked to the blue sky and raised both fists. His next opponent will be the winner of the match between two other Spaniards, No. 11 Nicolas Almagro and No. 32 Tommy Robredo.

Ferrer has won four matches without dropping a set. He's a four-time major semifinalist, including at Roland Garros last year, but hasn't reached a final.

WAKATI watu mbalimbali maarufu nchini, hususan wasanii wa muziki wa kizazi kipya (Bongo Fleva), wakiendelea kutoa historia ya mahusiano yao na aliyekuwa msanii wa Hip Hop nchini Tanzania Albert Mangwea, msanii maarufu wa muziki nchini Nassib Abdul (Diamond Platnumz) amevunja ukimya na kutoa siri yake na marehemu Mangwea.

Akielezea hisia zake pamoja na mipango mingi aliyokuwa nayo kuhusu kufanya kazi ya muziki na marehemu katika ukurasa wake wa mtandao wa Instagram, Diamond alisema kwamba alijaribu kufanya kazi ya pamoja na msanii huyo lakini kwa bahati mbaya kazi zote zikaharibika.

"Kinacho niumiza ni jinsi tulivyo jaribu kutengeneza HIT bila mafanikio yaani siyo nilizo mshirikisha hata zile alizo nishirikisha na tuka amua kuplan kutengeneza nyingine akirudi kutoka Afrika Kusini, lakini haikuwezekana yani mungu alimpenda zaidi":alisema Platnumz.

Pongezi za Mengi kwa Serikali ya Rais  Kikwete imekuwa na tafsiri tofauti kutokana na jinsi ambavyo wawekezaji hao wananufaika kupitia migongo ya watanzania maskini na rasilimali zao, huku Rais Kikwete na Serikali yake ikiendelea kulifumbia macha suala hilo.

KIBAKA ACHOMWA MOTO HUKO MBAGALA BAADA YA KUIBA BEGI NA SIMU

Jamaa  akimmalizia mtuhumiwa kwa  tofali...

 Kibaka  mmoja  amejikuta  akiyaaga  maisha ya  uraiani  baada ya   kuchomwa moto na wananchi wenye hasira kali....

Tukio hili limetokea maeneo ya mbagala charambe mida ya saa sita mchana baada ya kibaka huyu kuingia  ndani ya nyumba ya mtu na kuiba begi...
